Fun Recruitment is the brainchild of MD Steve Hale. With two decades experience of in-house recruitment for blue chip organisations (including BAeSYSTEMS, Rolls-Royce and Christian Salvesen), Steve now leads a company which embodies his unique ethos - a combination of creativity, determination, professionalism and partnership working.
Fun Recruitment is a member of the REC and Steve is an Associate of the CIPD.

Corporate and Social Responsibility
Working with integrity and being sensitive to others and the environment in which we operate is incredibly important to us. We actively encourage our people to volunteer their support to charitable activities. As a company we are commiting to donate 10% of our annual profits to our chosen charity of the year. We have chosen OXFAM as our charity for 2009-2010. Our MD, Steve Hale is an active committee member of the Carfield Friends, helping generate additional funding for his local school in Sheffield. We are all committed to the part we must play to help protect the environment. We keep travel to a minimum and use public transport or shared journeys wherever possible. We keep waste to a minimum, and where it is unavoidable we provide recycling facilities.
